Lean Fatty Liver is the silent liver disease seen in people with normal weight or BMI but abnormal fat deposition in the liver.

It is now called MASHMetabolic dysfunction-associated Steatohepatitis — the progressive form of fatty liver causing inflammation, fibrosis, and cirrhosis.
